Erreur de synchronisation dans Microsoft Outlook en présence de ESET (25.09.12)

Problématique:
  • Le dossier "Problèmes de synchronisation" se rempli rapidement, les conflits locaux sont nombreux
  • Le message d'erreur "not equal (conflict) property 0x007d001f"

Solution 1:

    Open the main program window by clicking the ESET icon next to the system clock or by clicking Start All Programs ESET ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
    
    Press the F5 key to open the Advanced Setup window.
    
    From the Advanced Setup tree on the left, click Antivirus and antispyware Email protection POP3 Compatibility and adjust the Compatibility setup to Maximum compatibility.

Solution 2:

    Open the main program window by clicking the ESET icon next to the system clock or by clicking Start All Programs ESET ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
    
    Press the F5 key to open the Advanced Setup window.
    
    From the Advanced Setup tree on the left, click Miscellaneous Email client integration and deselect the Integrate into Microsoft Outlook and Integrate into Outlook Express/Windows Mail options.

    Reopen your email program. If this solution resolves the issue, you likely still have previous antivirus software installed on your computer. Please click here for instructions to remove it.
